Cancellations

If cancellation occurs less than
7 days before booked date, 50% of the rental cost will be debited

If cancellation occurs less than
24 hours before booked date, 100% of the rental cost will be debited

The booking fee is not refunded.

In case of cancellation due to death, serious illness or similar circumsstances, a refund may be granted. Doctors note required.

In the case of earlier finish than anticipated, no part of the cost is refunded

Times and equipment

The rental period is between

09:00

the first day, and

18:00

the last day.

THE RENTAL PERIOD MAY

NOT BE EXCEEDED

Life jackets are to be used.

After the rental period, the equipment is to be returned on agreed upon location to

attending employee.

If the equipment is damaged or lost during rental, it ought to be reported upon return as well as compensated for according to established prices.

In case of heavy damages the price of compensation is established on a case by case basis by the employee.

Behaviour

The renter may due to inappropriate behavior lose the right to rent.

In extreme cases of inappropriate behavior the renter may have canoe and equipment taken away from them during ongoing rental period.

Regulations given by the employee at the time of rental are to be unconditionally followed.

We reserve the right to cancel any arrangements in case of

force majeure

(war, strike, catastrophy etc).
